y a vingt ans presque jour pour jour un lundi me semble t'il...lundi dernier ou lundi prochain...je partais à la rencontre des sauveteurs girondins un cahier de doléance sous le bras...l'homme qu'il fallait voir se nommé Eric Petron et travaillait sur la plage du Porge Septembre 1989...</p> <p>De cette rencontre&nbsp; devait naître beaucoup de projets pamis lesquels....11 mois plus tard.... l'organisation du sauvetage sportif en août 1990...</p> <p>Le sauvetage sportif dit côtier (l'apelation est d'Eric Petron) serait bien tôt ou tard apparue...sans aucun doute comme cela a été les cas dans tous les pays d'Europe....mais ou et avec qui?</p> <p>L'avantage vingt ans plus tard est que nous connaissons les champions de france...connaissons leur début et leur parcours...parfois extraordinaire...</p> <p>Le sauvetage côtier me disait Eric il y a quelques jours est &quot;un de mes enfants qui aurait mal grandit&quot;...pas si sur Eric...il grandit à sa manière mais il
